    I've had my homework spread on my desk for hours, but I'm just too unfocused to finish. How can Sylvia still be missing? It's been four days, and still no word.

    On this day in history, the fan-made Star Wars Uncut was named the greatest viral video ever! According to this article from 2012 anyway. I feel like this is cause for celebration! So I'll be having a Star Wars marathon this weekend if anyone wants to come. Eight in the morning at 134 Oakview.

    Instead of my usual holiday tradition, which consists of watching Star Wars over and over again, I've been filling out Internship applications for a week! A part of me wants to go back to before I became a grownup, back when I could watch Star Wars repeatedly without interruption.

    Then there's another part of me, the part that is sitting around filling out these applications, while wearing my new Jedi robe that Ernie got me for Christmas, that tells me I haven't grown up yet.

    I was studying in the library today with some of the lads from the Muggle Culture Club. As you can imagine, the conversation quickly went from academic talk to nerd talk. Unfortunately, it soon became a debate between George Lucas and Peter Jackson, which never does well in a library setting.

    So now I'm asking all you Lord of the Rings fans (if there are any). Convince me why Lord of the Rings is better then my precious Star Wars.

    Attempt number two:

    The weather outside is drizzly. Which makes for a great Star Wars day. If only I didn't have class in an hour. Don't know what to do with that bit of information. Maybe I'll take an umbrella with me to class today. But of course, once I pull it out, the drizzles will stop, and I will be the idiot carrying around the unneeded umbrella.

    I need to remind myself that starting A New Hope is always a bad idea, because that just leads into an all night marathon. Which sounds like a great night, if one didn't have lab at eight the next morning. Brilliant.
